Deepika Kakkar had started her stint in Sasural Simar Ka with a shaadi sequence. For most of the initial few episodes, she was clad in a bridal attire. She looked all things stunning in those episodes. But when it comes to becoming a bride in real life, it’s simply magic. The real emotions and bliss reflect on your face and you effortlessly look like a goddess. That’s exactly what we felt seeing this picture from Deepika’s big day.    

At a glance, you can make out how happy Deepika is with Shoaib by her side. It shows what he means to her. For the uninitiated, this is Deepika’s second marriage. Although her first marriage fell apart, she didn’t lose faith in the institution and gave life a second chance and see today, she is all set to start afresh with her soulmate.  

As we are very happy for the couple and wish them a life-long togetherness, we cannot help gushing over their bridal avatar. For the big occasion of her life, Deepika chose to go out and out golden on her big day. From her lehenga to jewellery, her bridal ensemble was designed in a shade of gold. Heavily embroidered, her bridal outfit boasted of floral brocades and stone-work. To add more sparkle and shine to her bridal look, she had adorned herself with a mangtikka, a pair of earrings and a stunning choker. Twinning with her, Shoaib showed up in a red and golden sherwani.  

Must say, her bridal look was a refreshing take on a contemporary bridal wear.
