Madhuri Dixit imitates Vidya Balan's look for Bucket List
It is sad that Marathi mulgi Madhuri Dixit took so long to grace
the Marathi cinema by featuring in one of the films. Better late, than never! Finally,
here’s a Marathi film that would see her in a full-fledged role – Bucket List.
Thanks to blockbusters like Sairat and Time Pass, the A-listers of Bollywood
have turned their gaze to this regional segment of cinema. Earlier, it was Priyanka
Chopra and Ritesh Deshmukh who had dabbled here to capitalise on the newfound
popularity of Marathi films.
Coming back to Madhuri’s first ever Marathi film. The first poster
of the movie has been recently released by the dancing diva herself on her Instagram.
Since then, it has been in the top trending list. The poster has a
mug-shot of this Bollywood import in a housewife get-up. Clad in a simple saree,
her minimalist look is achieved with a red bindi, a sleek mangalsutra and an understatedpair of studs.
Although it is the same look that Vidya Balan had flaunted
in Tumhari Sulu, Madhuri’s charm is unique to her and make us go weak in the knees even today.
Don’t forget to catch the movie at your nearest theater this summer.
