Here's why TV actors envy Tejaswi Prakash Wayangankar

 

Remember how Tejaswi Prakash Wayangankar’s last serial Pehredaar Piya Ki ran into controversy. It all started when TV actor Karan Wahi tweeted against its concept of getting a nine-year-old boy married to a 19-year-old grown-up girl. Since the makers did not stop at that and went on to create unsavoury suhagraat and honeymoon scenes between the mismatched duo, the show faced a public backlash. The furore raised to an extent that it compelled Information & Broadcast minister Smriti Irani to finally pulled the plug. Just recently the show has been brought back as Rishta Likhenge Hum Naya with a new twist in the storyline.  

But that’s not the jealousy angle we are pointing out at. It’s Tejaswi’s everyday look in the show that makes her contemporaries go green with envy. From lavish clothes to stupendously crafted jewellery, every bit of her appearance is a dream. Secretly, we all wish to dress up like her every day. Tejaswi is definitely living every girl’s dream on the sets of the show. On top of that, she is getting paid for it too. Isn’t she having her cake and eating it too? Come to think of it. It’s also a dream role for any actor. Who wouldn’t want to do a meaty role around which the story revolves, requires you to dress up like a princess and mouth dialogues that have an impact?     

In fact, the jadau set that the actress lately donned in one of the episodes has all the trappings to aggravated the rivalry further. They would do anything to replace her in the show. From a choker, earrings and mathapatta to bangles, haathphool and kamarpatta, it comprises of stunning jewellery designs that adorn her from head to toe. Must say, she has pleased the lady luck big time.
